5 For Moses writes about the righteousness that is from the law: “The person who does this[a] will live by it.”[b][c] 6 But the righteousness from faith speaks like this: “Do not say in your heart,[d] ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’”[e] (that is, to bring Christ down), 7 or “Who will descend into the abyss?”[f] (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
